Heavy-duty expansion anchors (through-bolts) designed for concrete anchoring.
Wedge Anchors, also known as through-bolts, are torque-controlled expansion anchors suitable for heavy-duty anchoring in solid concrete. Upon tightening the nut, the tapered end of the bolt is pulled into the expansion clip, expanding it against the walls of the drilled hole to create friction grip.
Common Applications: Structural steel columns, machinery base plates, storage racks, highway guardrails, and elevator guide rails.
Material availability: SS 304, SS 316, Carbon Steel (Zinc plated or Hot-dip galvanized).
